The products you use are designed and manufactured to high standards. We strongly recommend that you take good care of your product and make sure to follow the instructions in the user manual at all times. If your use meets the above requirements, the products you have can provide you with longer-term and better service.
Local Warranty-Rules and Terms
• Your Tiejie equipment has a one-year free warranty from the date of purchase to ensure that it corresponds to any defects in production.
When purchasing Jijie equipment, please ask for a formal purchase invoice, indicate the original purchase date, and keep it properly.
When receiving after-sales service, you need to show the product warranty card (C-customer union) together with the original purchase invoice (other purchase credentials cannot be used) to the authorized repair station in order to enjoy free repair or debugging.
Damage, abuse, unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification due to accidents, maintenance by maintenance facilities not authorized by Tiejie, sand intake and water intake are not covered by the warranty.
• Warranty service can only be obtained at an authorized repair station in the country or region where the product was originally purchased. If you want to bring your camera from the original purchase country to a repair center in another country for repair or service, you will be required to pay the full repair service fee. (Only users who purchase Nikon's regular channel products in mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau can register with the joint warranty card of China, Hong Kong and Macau, or the original warranty card that has been proved to be within the warranty period. The maintenance centers in the three regions receive free warranty services.)
-The owner of the equipment is responsible for all mailing and transportation costs, including insurance, for the maintenance of the equipment.
• The product warranty card is a three-pack certificate (only for products purchased in mainland China). Dijie products enjoy the national three-pack regulations and related product quality and after-sales service regulations.
• Except as otherwise provided by law, TJ shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses (such as storage equipment, printing, transportation, batteries, etc.) resulting from the violation of warranty obligations expressly or implicitly applicable to this product.
If the product warranty card and other relevant instructions conflict with relevant national laws and regulations, the relevant national laws and regulations shall be followed.
